Your Privacy Matters
We are committed to being clear and transparent about how we collect and use personal information, and to giving you full control over your data.
This Privacy Statement is published by Shenzhen Hexinzhilian Technology Development Co., Ltd. (“Wanmine,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and applies to your use of our websites, mobile applications, smart calendar devices, and other related services (collectively, the “Services”). We place a high priority on protecting your privacy and always follow the principles of legality, fairness, and necessity when handling user data. Our application contains no user tracking features. We do not collect, use, or share your information for cross-app or cross-platform tracking, nor do we use third-party tools or APIs to track user behavior. This Privacy Statement is intended to help you clearly understand how we process your information.
Data We Collect and How We Use It
Wanmine collects personal data and information about you depending on how you interact with our Services. For example:
When you register an account to use our smart calendar products, you provide us with your email address, name, calendar events, and other personal data you choose to share, so that we can:
- Create your account.
- Distinguish users/members and display your profile in calendars or tasks.
- Contact you for administrative purposes such as customer support or password recovery.
- Respond to your support inquiries.
When you use our Services, we also collect certain information from your device, such as your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, the time and date you use the Services, and other statistics. This helps us to:
- Detect and prevent abnormal access, fraud, or illegal activities.
- Estimate the user’s general location for purposes such as server selection or time zone (not precise location).
- Maintain the secure and stable operation of network communications.
- Help you manage and distinguish between multiple devices.
- Verify the device used when troubleshooting or providing customer support.
- Ensure compatibility and normal functioning of the app or device.
- Assist our technical support team in diagnosing issues.
- Improve products and adapt to different system versions.
- Enhance Services and develop new features.
Protection of Your Content
We use industry-standard security measures to safeguard your personal data and calendar information. Data is encrypted during transmission and securely stored. Unless you explicitly authorize sharing (such as inviting family members to share a calendar), we will not share your content with others.
Protection of Your Photos and Videos
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your photos and videos. Specifically:
- Your uploaded photos and videos are not stored on any cloud hosting provider’s servers.
- All content is encrypted during transmission to your Wanmine device, preventing third-party access.
- Wanmine only sends photos and videos to the linked devices you have explicitly authorized.
Third-Party Services
If you choose to connect our Services with third-party services (such as Google Calendar, Outlook, or iCloud), we will exchange relevant information with that third party only as authorized by you. How those third parties handle your data will be governed by their own privacy policies.
Data Sharing and Disclosure (No Tracking-Related Sharing)
We strictly adhere to a “no user data sharing for tracking purposes” principle. We do not share your information with third parties except in the following lawful or necessary circumstances:
- Service Providers: We may use third-party vendors (e.g., cloud hosting providers) to help us deliver our Services. These providers are bound by contract and may only use your information as needed to provide their services.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or when we believe in good faith that it is necessary to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or comply with legitimate requests from legal authorities.
Important Note: We do not share your information with third parties for any “tracking purposes” (such as advertising partnerships or user profiling), and we do not sell or rent user information.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the Services. You can delete your account to remove your data at any time, or you may contact us to request deletion. We take appropriate measures to ensure your data is adequately protected during transmission and storage.
